Emotional Intelligence is a foundation skill for us to be aware of and manage ourselves and others. We need to engage in self management and proactive resilience strategies to get through stress, change and challenges. In order to build relationships and achieve results, we need to be aware of not overloading our bodies and brains.
The practical application of neuroscience principles are essential, to understand our brains to maximise peak performance, to regularly take brain breaks, recharge, refuel and reflect – to get the best out of ourselves and others.
