Hi everyone
Wherever you are (in lockdown or not), hope you are getting through these very difficult times.
After 2 months in lockdown here in Sydney (and at least another month to go – that we know of!) – there is still so much uncertainty, exhaustion, lockdown fatigue, stress from home schooling, working from home, or in essential/authorised services. Plus the impact and toll that the pandemic is having on us all physically, emotionally, financially, and not being able to see family/friends within our own city, interstate and overseas.
I wanted to reach out and say hi. Also, a reminder to focus on our self care strategies and to prioritise our wellbeing – always important, but even more so now.
