Hi everyone
Hope you are all staying safe and well, and coping with the uncertainty, challenges and changes as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic crisis.
What a start to the year it has been in Australia and worldwide, with our bushfires, and now the Coronovirus pandemic crisis. This has impacted us all in every way – our health, financial, economic, business, personal, psychological and global.
It is a difficult time for us all, needing to draw on all our resilience and people/resources to support us. Such an important time to focus on our physical, mental health, leading ourselves and others.
Despite the new normal and uncertainty we find ourselves in, I am very grateful to be in Australia, and for how well our country has dealt with the Coronovirus impact.
I continue to support people, teams and organisations with skills in emotional intelligence, communication, leadership, change, resilience (and much more) through training and coaching. I am also helping people to deal with specific challenges in the way we are working now – such as productive virtual working, remote teams, resilience during uncertainty and change etc.
I have always offered blended learning solutions to work with my clients’ timings, location and budget. For the past few years, I have been using a combination of face to face and virtual online for both workshops, webinars and coaching. However, due to social distancing restrictions, for now I am doing coaching and workshops only through Zoom, enabling interactive and engaging learning and development opportunities.
I am sharing some useful resources below that hopefully can help during this time – working remotely, maintaining wellbeing, building resilience, and leadership of self/others. Take care – wish you all health and strength. We will all get through this, and hopefully come out stronger individually and collectively from this adversity.
Regards
Wendy
