Some optional team development tools that Wendy is accredited in – to debrief, coach and facilitate are: Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), Realise 2 Strengths Practitioner and Team Strengths Practitioner tools, Team Management Systems (TMS), DiSC and MBTI. A generic, free communication styles inventory can also be used to enhance awareness of self and others.
